This policy explains what personal data Dhruv Limbachiya Photography (trading as D Vision, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India) collects through dhruvphotography.com, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and phone number when you create an account on the booking page.
• Google sign-in: if you choose "Sign in with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We don't get your Google password or access to your Gmail, contacts or files.
• Booking details: the service, date, time, hours, notes you add, invoices and payment status.
• Photographs taken at your shoot, which we keep to edit and deliver them to you.
• Technical data: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of visit) kept for security.

Why we use it

• To create your account, confirm and manage your bookings, send invoices and deliver your photos.
• To contact you about your booking by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• To let you know about offers and new services. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will.
• To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except the services needed to run the business (our web host, Google for sign-in, and the payment provider when you pay online), or when the law requires it.

Photos of you

We only post your photos on this website or Instagram with your permission. You can ask us to remove a photo of you at any time.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking records for as long as your account is open and for up to 8 years after your last booking, as Indian tax law requires for invoices. We keep edited photos for at least 12 months after delivery.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing dhruvphotography4@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Invoice records we must keep by law are not deleted, but they are no longer used for anything else.
